3. Health Data — Special Notice

Your symptom logs and health records are stored with encryption.
We do not sell your health data to any third party.

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

Service providers: Infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g. Supabase, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Legal obligations: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and health records will be deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for statistical purposes.

8. Cookies
Undisputed uses cookies and local storage for session management and user preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Undisputed is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Undisputed is a health self-advocacy journaling tool designed to help individuals track and communicate their health experiences. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
2. Not Medical Advice
Undisputed does not provide medical advice. The information generated by the app — including appointment summaries and symptom logs — is intended as a personal record and communication aid only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Undisputed. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Undisputed in any way that violates applicable law
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the app
Use the app to harm others or spread misinformation
6. Beta Service
Undisputed is currently in beta. Beta software may contain bugs, be subject to change, and may not function as expected. We provide the beta service "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or data preservation during the beta period. We encourage beta users to export their data regularly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with Undisputed and Tiny Whale and Petunia are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Your health data belongs to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Whale and Petunia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Undisputed. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Undisputed and request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
