This Privacy Policy describes how Tiny Whale and Petunia handles information in connection with your use of the Literal Voice web application.
Literal Voice does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information as part of normal use.
When you submit a phrase or sentence for translation, that text is sent to our server for processing. We do not store, log, or retain the text you submit beyond the immediate processing required to generate your translation result. Your inputs are not associated with any user identity.
Literal Voice does not use tracking cookies or persistent local storage for marketing or analytics purposes. We may use session-based technical cookies strictly necessary for the app to function, which are deleted when you close your browser.
We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (e.g., number of translations processed per day) to understand general usage patterns and improve the service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
Literal Voice is hosted on Railway (railway.app), a managed hosting platform. Please refer to Railway's privacy policy for information about their data handling practices. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking services.
Translations are generated using AI language processing. Text you submit may be processed by underlying AI infrastructure. We do not use your submitted text to train AI models and do not share your inputs with third parties for commercial purposes.
Literal Voice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
